ATSABE TECHNIQUE VOCATIONAL STUDENTS ASK GOVERNMENT TO BUILD NEW CLASSES

Ermera, January 6, 2025 (Média Democracia) – Students of Atsabe Vocational High School, Ermera asked the government to build a new classroom because so far they have been using it together with EBC Atsabe’s classroon.

In an interview with a 12th grade student, Juliana da Silva, she said that this was a big concern because so far she as a student had come and studied together in the EBC Atsabe class only because they did not have their own class.

“Classes are a concern for us as students who are undergoing the teaching and learning process because currently we are still using the EBC Atsabe class and so far the teachers there have taught very well according to the existing subjects, but what concerns us as students is the absence of classes, so before starting the class we have to wait for EBC Atsabe to finish the class before we can use the class.” She said.

She continued, during the learning process she felt happy even though they did not have their own class, but the teachers still taught well, this school has two departments and they learn and practice according to what they get in the subjects.

“The challenges we always face as students is when we have to practice subjects in the summer but there is no water for us to access, then another problem is the lack of school facilities for toilets as the basic problem we face in this school because we only use the classrooms from EBC Atsabe.” She added.

She gave recommendations to the Education and Government to pay more attention to the problems they face, more to the classrooms because so far they have been using the EBC Atsabe classroom for their classes, so she felt this was a big problem, hoping that the government could help by building new classrooms that they could use themselves.
