Dili, 23 january 2026 (Média Democracia) – The Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion (MSSI) conducted a swearing-in ceremony for the Director Executive of the National Institute of Social Security, Fund Inheritance Reserve Social security (INSS-FRES), aiming to complete the organizational structure. The ceremony took place at the MSSI Caicoli auditorium in Dili.
The Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion (MSSI) Veronica Das Dores, stated that the ceremony today marks the appointment of National Directors, Department Heads, and Coordinators, including municipal representatives, within the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).
“My message to them is to ensure you work with responsibility as national patriots and with transparency, so your can serve well in the institution. We face challenges, like some elderly and disabled individuals not receiving their rights because they live in remote areas. We will improve the system to enable payments to reach them at home.” said Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion, Veronica das Dores.
She added, the new officials to perform their duties with responsibiitly in instituition, innovate, and address existing financial challenges, expressing confidence in improving the system in the future.
The Ministry of Social Solidarity Inclusion carry out this a swearing-in ceremony to 11 National Directors, 13 Coordinators, and 19 Department Heads, total 43 officials.
