SEFOPE, Rogério de Araújo Mendonça said that workers who re-enter because they had shown good performance in the companies where they worked.
“I think the workers who are re-enter to work, they show a good attitude, they show a good performance, that’s why employers need them,” SEFOPE told reporters after meeting with the Hungarian Ambassador at SEFOPE’s Caicoli office on Monday.
He added that through this re-enter, it is possible does not close the way for the new candidates of 2024, because the number of prospective new employees is greater than those re-enter.
“However, it also does not close the opportunity for our new candidates in the system, the number of those who re-enter is small, while the number of new workers is large.” He added.
He explained that if a citizen has his own company, he will see the good performance of his workers, then he will continue to be called to work in the company, which means the re-enter of Australian workers because they are diligent.
“If there are any of you who have companies, I think you have to see first who wants to work with you, who is diligent, who has good work achievements, that’s what you need now, now what you need are people who wake up late who can provide benefits to the company.” He explained.
