Dili 29 January 2026 (Media Democracia) – Secretary of State Cooperatives (SEcoop), held the opening of training for SEcoop Employees by the Bali Business School International Institute (BBS), with the training activity was held at the CorreiosAuditorium Dili.
Secretary of State Cooperatives (SEcoop) Arsénio Pereira da Silva said, SECOOP facilitated training through Bali Business Institute staff so that they can conduct a diagnostic for employees based on the annual action plan program.
“SEcoop facilitates training for employees after conducting a diagnostic based on the annual action plan programs. The activity is about how to capacitate employees and also the cooperative movement to have clear knowledge about work, especially on digitalization in administration because we can’t always use manual methods. How they can facilitate, but they need to diagnose the needs, what is needed this year, and can be included in the annual action plan,” said The Secretary of State Cooperatives (SEcoop) Arsénio Pereira da Silva.
The Secretary of Satet added that the training should be trageted properly and then contribute to improving work in administration and in the cooperative movement, so thatt they can produce and get from their economic activities.
“I think this activity is very important to gain clear knowledge because SEcoop also has a few permanet employees, and most are casuals and agents, so they really need to strengthen their knowledge and capacity, so they can aplly it to administrative work. It’s not just training, but also diagnosing for SEcoop’s preparation for the futrue and putting it into the annual action plan for 2027.” Said The Secretary of Satet Cooperatives (SEcoop).
The Secretary of Satet affirmed that they mentioned some important points, but later they will show their Organization Profil, if they are ready to facilitate, because SEcoop wants to capacitate better, so they need to follow the targed and provide training and then implement it.
Futher explaining, today the Secretary of Satet Cooperatives (SEcoop) together with the Bali Business Scholl International Intitute (BBS), held a meeting too open training on digitalization which will be shared with employees at SEcoop
