She added that some questions included knowledge about how to measure children’s breathing frequency and how to give care to children.
Although specific subjects came up more than she expected, Aguida managed to get 62 points and considered the result as a result of individual effort and preparation.
“I think this test depends on each one’s effort and preparation. If we prepare well, we can answer questions well. I got 62 points and am grateful for the result,” she said.
Meanwhile, applicant Adriano Olomau said he felt sad because he did not pass the written test, after getting 46 points, which is less than the minimum 60 points.
“I feel sad because I did not pass the written test. I got 46 points, which is less than the minimum 60 points. Even so, I accept the result and consider that candidates must accept the result according to the points they got,” said Adriano Olomau.
Adriano also affirmed that, according to his observation, the test process was fair, because candidates can see their results after finishing the test. He considered that candidates must compete according to their capacity and preparation.
“I think the result depends on each of us. If we prepare well, we can get a good result. If not prepared, we have to accept the result we get,” he said.
Adriano affirmed that, although he did not pass this written test, he will continue to prepare to participate in other recruitment opportunities in the future.
The written test has a duration of two hours. Candidates who finish early can leave early, while other candidates can continue to do and review their answers until the test time ends.
